How to start a return
- Sign in to your account and open the order.
- Select the items you want to return and the reason.
- Print the prepaid return label and drop off at any carrier location.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive your return.

- Opened personal care or hygiene products
- Hazardous materials and certain automotive fluids
